I got chickens about 3 years ago and it has been a fantastic journey that has deepened my connection to nature and with my family. Currently we have about 20 chickens and I enjoy hatching them for anyone who wants to experience this wonderful journey. My chickens get supervised free range time and live in large, covered pens. They are housed in a large coop with heat and air. They enjoy mealworms, sunflower seeds and plenty of grass and bugs regularly. I don't medicate my chickens and I have had raised each of the ones we currently own so I always get swarmed with fluffy butts running when they see me. A few of the girls lay green eggs, but the rest lay either white, beige, or brown. Always happy to share my eggs for someone seeking an organic, cruel free source. Currently selling 18 eggs for $5 or a dozen for $4.
